At the age of nine, Kyle Houston Moore discovered his love of performing when he sang "Hound Dog" at a wedding in San Francisco at the Ritz Hotel. Kyle grew up in South Texas, where he met his high school drama teacher, Charlotte Brown, that helped him win 3rd place Poetry in UIL, 4th place Duo in TFA, and compete in Nationals. He fell in love with acting and got accepted into the theater department at Texas State University. Kyle moved to Austin, Texas to take improv and sketch writing classes and spent the next four years participating in weekly classes, rehearsals, and performances. He graduated from the improv school at Coldtowne Theater and Fallout Theater, where he had the opportunity to work with immensely talented writers, actors, comedians and directors that helped introduce Kyle to film. This led him to hone his acting craft by studying method acting and on-camera acting. Kyle continues his training with weekly ongoing acting classes and attends casting director workshops. When he isn't training, Kyle enjoys kayaking, fishing and boating. He also instructs workshops at Austin Community College with the Global Learning Institute. He believes in always pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone, so you can constantly learn something new.
