Cindy Ashton was born on May 28, 1975 in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Since she was able to walk, she was dancing and singing up a storm. She attended Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts for their triple threat program, followed by completing an honors Bachelor's degree from York University in Toronto in Music and Kinesiology. She did further studies in operatic performance from the Royal Conservatory of Canada and comedy improvisation from Second City. Having graced thousands of stages across North America as a musical theater actress, performer and a speaker, she is known for her ability to elevate her audiences with her off the cuff comedy, inspirational stories and real world, no holds barred delivery. Cindy is the host of talk show, Cindy Uncorked. Cindy has received President Obama's highest "Call to Service" award and the Queen of England's Diamond Jubilee Award for her lifetime of volunteerism.
