Ramon Juson III is an independent filmmaker (directing, producing, acting) from Canada who just earned his Master's Degree in Film and Media at New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, California. Ramon Juson III was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to Canada when he was 23. He hails from a small city in Canada known as Prince Albert in Saskatchewan. After his BA in Mass Media Studies at De La Salle University in Manila, Ramon moved to Canada with his family and became a graphic designer and a dental technician. Moving to a small city from a big chaotic city was not really ideal for Ramon especially that there was nothing for him career wise. Ramon decided to keep on with his studies by moving to Los Angeles and chasing after his passion which is filmmaking. Ramon made over 8 films in his direction and participated in over 25 films as either an actor or a crew while in the academy as a requirement in fulfilling his master's degree. Ramon is also a hip hop dancer and all his life he has been dancing with crews, competing locally and internationally and performing in tours with groups such as La Salle Dance Company and Saskatchewan Express. One of Ramon's dream is to make a dance film and he has finally gotten the opportunity to do it through his short film "The Collaboration". Ramon graduated last September 2016 with Honours and he aims to stay and work in Los Angeles or Vancouver by starting out as an intern / production assistants for big movie industry companies and moving his way up in dreams of becoming a director, producer and/or actor.
