Celesse Rivera

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Celesse Rivera is an American actress, and dancer. She attended a prestigious performing arts high school in Brooklyn, where she majored in theatre and dance for all four years. She went on to study acting and perfect her craft at various acting programs across the country. Acting in independent films and shorts throughout her studies. She is best known for her role as Hadley St. Germain on the ABC Freeform series "Pretty Little Liars".
