Born in Bronx, NY Melissa Green has been acting since the age of seven. She immersed herself in classical movies studying her favorite characters context and passionately watching the story-line. That passion led her to attend LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts,which is home to Al Pacino, Robert Dinero, Nikki Minag, Jennifer Aniston and many other famous artists/filmmaker/musicians. Wanting to learn more about the entertainment industry, Melissa attended CUNY university where she studied Multimedia Journalism. While Studying at CUNY she published her first story entitled Lupus in The Bronx -where she detailed the community devastation and response to this silent disease. Her love for comedy led her to writing, performing sketch comedy. She performs stand-up in comedy clubs across NYC and working as a writer, actress and content creature on numerous projects. Melissa can be seen on the YouTube series The African Millennial-where she talks politics, social injustices, art and many other topic effecting blacks today.
