Ingrid Curtis

Ingrid Curtis was born on April 23rd, she is originally from Astoria, New York. She was raised by her single mother and has an older brother. Her mother was born and raised in Peru and her father has German and Irish ancestry. Ingrid directs, produces and writes her own work. She creates non-fiction and fiction films. Her most recent work was The Taxman that was shot in 2021 and released in 2022. Her short film, The Taxman was nominated at the Indie Short Festival and officially selected at the Indie Shorts Awards Cannes Film Festival, Night of Horror Festival, and New York Indie Shorts Festival. Ingrid is working on writing her next feature and continues to document local artists in NYC.
