Mariana Parasense, as well as Magdalena Clearwaver, are the artistic names chosen by Mariana Borges Rodrigues, a Portuguese filmmaker from Chaves. In December of 2016 she was nominated by the Academia Portuguesa do Cinema to the Sophia Student Awards, where she won the third prize in the category of experimental movie with "Moving Like Waves".
