Makena Tolman

Makena is an American actor, singer/songwriter, screenwriter, host, dancer, fire baton twirler, and lover of all things superhero. Makena lives in Los Angeles where she is a member of Studio4 (James Franco's Acting & Film School), The Songwriting School of Los Angeles, and Unbreakable Performance Center. She is also a host of Truly Indie Studio's NerdKoreTV. She played an Aconite in The Institute (2017) and a Theater Patron in Mother, May I Sleep with Danger? (2016)(TV). She also co-wrote the feature film Evil Days (2018) with nine other writers in a Masterclass taught by James Franco at Studio4. She hopes to act on her favorite TV shows: DC TV's The Flash on the CW, and Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC, as well as in feature films in the superhero genre and beyond.
