Israel Consuegra

Israel Consuegra / Producer, Creative and Entrepreneur. Israel was born in Havana, Cuba in 1983. From a very early age he showed great interest and fascination with Films and illustrated magazines; especially for fiction, science fiction and documentaries. At a young age he tried to pursue a career in medical studies which he abandoned early as his passion was in another industry. Preparing as a self-taught and studying scriptwriting, film, event production, film criticism and photography he led his life and career to the media industry. In his first steps in Cuba within the film industry he directed and produced documentaries, short fiction films, art events and small-format theater plays. At the beginning of 2012 he migrated to Montreal, Canada, where he lived for 1 year and a half. During this time he studied the audiovisual market in the USA and Canada to shape the company KPRA FILMS, which he then founded in 2015 together with Cinematographer Hernan Herrera. In mid 2013 he moved to the state of Florida where he lived between Tampa and Miami for the next 4 years while working for television channels and as a freelancer until he finally settled in the city of Miami. From 2015 to the present day he is the CEO of KPRA FILMS, a company that began to operate as a small rental house and became a consolidated company of production, services and development of music video projects, that has collaborated and provided services to large industries as Cinema Giants, Sony Latin Music, Apple Music, Universal Music, Def Jam Record and Univision. Israel has produced music videos for major international artists such as Nicky Jam, Lil Wayne, Farruko, Cardi B, Damian Marley, Thalia, Ozuna, Karol G, Anuel AA, Gente D' Zona, among others. He is currently focused on taking his career and the company to the next level; the creation of large format content: Movies, TV Series and Documentaries.
