Alex Karanis

Born and raised in Toronto, Alex had an interest in film at a young age. Alex began filmmaking during his senior year in high school. He began writing and directing his own short screenplays, until finally producing and directing his own feature-length script in 2017. A constant collaborator with his best friend, Frank Shu, the pair have produced and directed The Apache (2017), Rogue (2018), and have producing credits on other local and independent short films.
