Celeste Lance Rogers is a married mother of three and grandmother of two, who resides in Riverdale, GA. She is the tenth of fourteen siblings, born to the late Belton and Irene Lance, in Georgetown, South Carolina. She started writing at the tender age of ten and realized that acting was her passion, after performing in her first play, "The Three Little Pigs", in the first grade. Since then, she has written and performed in several plays, throughout the Metro Atlanta area, as well as, in her hometown, of Georgetown, SC. She also wrote and starred in the United Way's production of "Weathering The Storm", as part of their "Feed The Homeless" initiative. She attended The South Carolina Governor's School For The Arts and Humanities, and has also studied at XXI Century Entertainment, Atlanta, GA under the tutelage of Daisy Ramos and Kim Perez. Mrs. Rogers is a member of the One Talent Organization, a non-profit, which aims to help young women reach their potential as future leaders. In addition to being an accomplished playwright, Mrs. Rogers is also a songwriter, as well as, a film and television actress. She has participated in several projects such as: Beauty and The Beholder, A Letter To Claudette Colvin, Ida, Bad Moms 2, and Greenleaf (season 2). Throughout her career, she has perfected her gift by being obedient to God's calling on her life.
