A Southern California native, Jill grew up in Ojai, later moving to Santa Barbara where she earned her degree in Dramatic Art from UCSB. While following a "sensible" career path, she kept up with her actor's training over the years at top schools like Acme Comedy Theatre, The Groundlings and The Actors Company Theatre. It was through The Actors Company she found herself co-writing, producing, directing and starring in her first web series Zen Rage. It won several awards, including Best First Time Director from Festigious International Film Competition. In between original projects, Jill has taken part in several stage productions. Her first big role as Lurlene in Daddy's Dyin' gained her a nomination to participate in the Irene Ryan Kennedy Center Festival. She was also nominated for Best Supporting Actress by the BroadwayWorld Regional Awards for her performance as Mrs Rogers in the Morgan Wixson's production of Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None. Her latest baby is Mercredi's Monde, a web series about the world's first and only Professional Corpse! So far, Mercredi has earned awards from Accolade Global Film Competition, Best Shorts Competition and IndieFest Film Awards.
