Larry Waldinger

Larry Waldinger is a SAG-AFTRA actor and background actor living in Los Angeles. He returned to the industry in early 2017, after being out since the 1980's. Larry has also done modeling, stand-in, and body double work. The opening for Larry to get into SAG was a regional commercial he did in 1988. The Judith Fontaine Talent and Modelling Agency submitted him for that job. Fontaine was his first theatrical agency, and he is ever grateful to Judith for that opportunity. His role was architect, and the spot was for a food product. He has also performed as a principal in a music video, and several local commercials. He feels he has done some good work, he says he has received some positive feedback, and he want to keep working. The study of acting has been a work in progress for Larry. He has trained at many private acting schools. He did not major as an actor in university, and he does not have a theater background, but he is interested in trying theater. He is also interested in doing more student films. He is continuing his studies today. Most recently he has worked with Brian Patacca. As a background actor he is typically cast as a business executive, intelligence officer, attorney, or some kind of mature man in a uniform. One fellow performer nicknamed Larry: "Suit Guy". He has been a stand-in for Michael Keaton and Kevin Costner, and he was a body double for Keaton in Spider-Man: Homecoming. He can be seen as a featured background actor in the films Running Man and No Way Out and likely in upcoming episodes of the television shows Love and Sharp Objects.
