Bec Milligan is an actress, model, singer and dancer. She grew up on the South Coast of New South Wales in a small country town, before moving to the city to pursue her acting career. Bec began performing at the age of four, when she first begged her parents to let her take dance lessons. She trained formally in ballet, tap and jazz from the ages of four to twenty. When Bec was seven, she turned her attention to music and began lessons in singing, guitar and piano. She won numerous local eisteddfods for both dancing and singing. While still attending high school, Bec auditioned for the arena spectacular, Southern Stars (Wollongong's version of School Spectacular). She was successful in becoming a vocal soloist for Southern Stars in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Bec was especially ecstatic when she was chosen to sing 'Love Story' by Taylor Swift, her favorite artist, for the 2011 Southern Stars show, 'Share the Moment'. She was only fifteen years old when she sang 'Love Story' at the WIN Entertainment Center, for an audience of 12, 000 people. Bec also toured in 2011 and 2012 during high school, with the ISER Performing Company - a touring group of performers including a stage band, dancers and vocalists, presenting a cabaret style show to schools and community groups - as a vocal soloist. In 2012, Bec released an EP entitled, 'The Little Tales of Love', which featured five original songs: Indie Boys, Seventeen, This Night, Used to Know and The Joke's on You. Bec sang lead vocals, backing vocals, and performed guitar on all five tracks. However, it was at the age of nineteen, when Bec found her true calling: musical theater and acting. She auditioned for her first community production, 'Chicago' presented by the Albatross Musical Theater Company (AMTC) and won the lead role, Roxie Hart. The following year she won and performed the lead role, Sandy, in AMTC's production of 'Grease' at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Center for an audience of 4800+ (over a run of six shows). Bec moved to Sydney in 2016, and was instantly signed as a model with Romel Management. She was also hired as an extra in the Australian film, Zelos. In 2017, Bec left Romel Management to solely focus on acting. She played Alex in the first episode of the web-series, Captain Fitzman and regularly worked as an extra on the popular television show, Home and Away.
