Fernanda Thurann, actress and executive producer, was born in Curitiba, and lives in Rio de Janeiro since 2009. There, she founded the "4 Pontas" theatre group, under the name of "Brisa Filmes". She's also the executive producer and parter at BR Produções. Fernanda graduated from Cena Hum Academia de Artes Cenicas in 2005 and The Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute - NY in 2008. In cinema, she participated as an actress and producer of the feature films "Cabrito", by Luciano de Azevedo; "Rogéria, Senhor Astolfo Barroso Pinto" directed by Pedro Gui, "Paula", directed by Joana Collie, "Pedro Sob a Cama", directed by Paulo Pons and "Cartografia das Ondas", directed by Heloisa Axe. In the theater, her main achievements were the theatre adaptation of "Dogville", by Lars Von Trier, "O Nó do Coração" by David Elridge, "Perto do Coração Selvagem" by Clarice Lispector and "Diários do Paraíso" by Caio Andrade and "O Mambembe" by Arthur Azevedo. The work that he promotes within his production company is of research and creation focused on the Brazilian universe and the appreciation of its authors and artists.
