Lars Vegas

Lars Vegas, born in Oldenburg is a German producer, actor and photographer. He grew up in Ocholt, Germany; he moved to Oldenburg for 3 years and then to Cologne/Köln, Germany for 9 years. Besides attending school, he worked as a tennis instructor for kids and adults. The young man Lars Vegas started his first steps in the filming and photography sector with the "Voigtländer" and a "Super8"-Camera of his father. After working for the German Military Police, studying assurances business and media business he moved to Hamburg. In Hamburg, he worked as a net worker and consultant. After 4 years he moved to Miami, Florida as a General Manager of a printing company. During his years in the U.S. (Miami, FL) he focused on the beautiful colors of Miami, The Bahamas and Los Angeles. Loving photography since his childhood, the beautiful sun in Miami was finally the reason thanks to which he developed a special skill: chasing the beautiful colors of the "Caribbean". Lars Vegas invented the "Art Basel Underground" with his mentor and friend Herbert Hofer, an annual event during the Art Basel Miami. 2011 he started producing the greatest No-Budget-Movie ever. From 2012-2016 he played himself as a main actor in several documentaries, series & reality TV shows (RTL, Pro7, RTL2, Sat1 etc).
