Born in Poland, Kate spent her childhood in Italy and moved to London in her early 20s to pursue acting. Starting to perform as a child, Kate was inspired by her late grandfather who appeared in many films and on stage. She studied Method Acting under the supervision of notable alumni of the Actor's Centre in New York. Since moving to London Kate has appeared in a number of short and feature films, a comedy play and worked extensively as a model for beauty and commercial shoots. She toured UK in 'Sleeping Beauty' pantomime. She played minor roles in Bohemian Rhapsody, Mission Impossible 6, Mamma Mia 2 and currently filmed Creation Stories. Kate speaks fluent English, Italian and Polish. Her initial stage name 'Mona Margo' - which was used for her initial years in London and credited in several productions - was later swapped for Kate Margo following her real birth name. Spent 12 first years in Italy with her family based permanently in Rome. Frequently compared to Marilyn Monroe, Kate performed as the late star at the Anniversary Gala of her drama school, jumping out of a cake and singing Happy Birthday. Kate holds a B.Sc. degree in Finance and Accounting completed before she started her acting career. She defended a thesis on the topic of 'Film as a business venture - the science of investing in film.'
