Ryan Chavez Maxey

Ryan grew up in Silver City, NM and loved singing, dancing, and acting for as long as he can remember. When he was 14, he joined a theater group called Theater Group NM, where he was a part of shows like Fiddler on the Roof, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Annie, and Aladdin. He studied Performing Arts at New Mexico State University for 3 years before moving to Phoenix, AZ, where 3 years prior he signed with his first agent. He discovered how different screen acting and commercial acting was from theater but loved the challenge. Shortly after, he moved to Wrightwood, California to be closer to the acting market in LA and also signed with his second talent agent. During all that time, he attended the New York Conservetory of Dramatic Arts Summer Program, competed in the International Modeling and Talent Assaciation or IMTA, and landed his first acting job in a big Hollywood movie playing a "Crank" in the Maze Runner: Scorch Trials. Now near LA, Ryan has been on Lifetime's original show, My Crazy Sex, played a lead in Ben Daka's short film Lenity; shown at the Hollywood Reel Indepentent Film Festval 2017, and have done commercials and photo shoots for such companies as BP Oil, Cable One, and PetSmart. In his free time, Ryan loves hanging out with family and friends, watching videos online, taking dance classes, and making people laugh.
