Sophia Reid-Gantzert

Sophia is currently filming Career Opportunities in Murder & Mayhem in which she plays the major recurring guest star role of Young Imogene opposite Mandy Patinkin. She will next be seen starring in Popular Theory in which she plays the lead character Erwin, a young scientific genius. She recently starred in the feature film, 8-Bit Christmas, in which she played opposite Neil Patrick Harris as his daughter. She was also the lead in the hit Netflix series Scaredy Cats which debuted October 1, 2021. Sophia first made a huge impression as the recurring guest star Karen Brewer in both seasons of the Netflix hit series The Baby-Sitters Club. Her work has been acknowledged with two Joey Awards, including best supporting actor for The Baby-Sitters Club and a best young actor nomination for her role in Hearts and Minds. In addition to being one of the busiest young actors, Sophia is a talented ballerina. She has won gold medals at international ballet competitions in the USA, Austria, Canada and the UK for her classical ballet solos. In 2018, she received a full scholarship to train at a prestigious London Ballet academy. She also trained with the Royal Ballet School Associates. In 2019, she became one of the youngest dancers ever to be accepted to the prestigious Paris Opera Ballet summer program and now lives and trains in France.
