Tori Rice was born as Tori Marie Rice. She is known for her work on The Golden Dream (2017), Helpless (2017), Sins of the Fathers (2017) and Lady Outlaws (2018). She wrote, produced and edited her film "Helpless" which was accepted into the 2017 Cannes Film Festival's Short Film Corner. She was also awarded a scholarship from the Stephen F. Austin University Film department to attend the 2017 Cannes Film Festival and participated as a Production Coordinator at The American Pavilion. In 2018, her film The Golden Dream was submitted to Cannes by Buffalo Productions in the Diversity category. Although it did not make the final cut to the top 16 films, it was 1 out of 255 films submitted by 25 countries and made it to the 4th round as one of the top 40 films.
