Angelica Thomas

Angelica Thomas born December 23rd 1965 is originally from Bronx New York. Born to West Indian parents. David Lawson and Elicia Gibson she grew up watching shows like I Love Lucy and Lost in Space hence her love for Comedy and Sci-Fi. This inspired her acting career. She moved to Wellington New Zealand in 2003 and was theatrically trained in New Zealand by several acting professionals. Angelica now resides in Wellington New Zealand permanently. She is best known for her role as Ashanti in the feature film My Lover My Lazy Boy and Aunt Rita in the short film Bearing.
