Samson Boldizar

Samson Boldizar is a Canadian actor best known for his role as Axel Zahn on Big Top Academy (2018), for which he won a Joey Award for Best Actor in a Recurring Role Television Family or Comedy Age 6-12 and received a Leo Award nomination for Best Performance in a Youth or Children's Program or Series. Axel is a second-year student and one of the two guardians of the Secret Book of Circus Secrets. Outside of acting, Samson is a real-life circus artist, specializing in acrobatics (trampoline, tumbling, hand to hand), but he enjoys all aspects of circus performance. He is active in the Social Circus Foundation, which brings circus to marginalized communities in Canada and abroad, is a member of the BC Gymnastics trampoline team, and can often be seen unicycling while juggling around North Vancouver, BC.
