Julia Samson was the first child in a family of very mismatching parents, born and living in Odessa, Ukraine, a place with great cinematic history. Introvert until 18, magnetically drawn to sports, dancing, singing, painting and secretly to acting. A great love to languages and a careful musical ear drove Julia Samson to trying herself in film acting. Her first leading role happened to be in a thriller short-film in English, since then she got involved in various short films that earned festival awards, commercials and feature films in Hebrew and German produced by Shalom Eisenbach. Julia widens her experience attending various courses and workshops from European and American acting couches, like Ivanna Chubbuck and British Academy of Stage and Screen Combat. Aside from acting job, Julia does voice-over for film and commercials, shoots portraits and learns stage combat skills like rapier and dagger, knife and gun, unarmed fight and more to come.
