Mark B. Davidson

Mark Bellamy Davidson was born in Oklahoma City, OK on June 4th, 1978. He is the second child of his mother and father's marriage, but has three older half sisters, one older half brother, whom he has never met, by his father and his previous wives. Mark was raised with his old brother, Matthew, and they have a younger brother, Luke, who was taken away by the State of California at the age of two months, and eventually adopted by another family. Mark had a very unconventional upbringing, with his father building make-shift homes out of trucks and buses, and also moving his family into homeless shelters off and on for the first twelve years of Mark's life. In 1982, his mother gave birth to Mark and Matthew's younger brother, Luke, while living in a bus parked in the parking lot of a truck stop. Mark's mother suffered from various forms of mental illness, and was not properly caring for the baby. Mark and Matthew were on the other side of the country visiting their grandparents in Virginia when Luke was born, and were spared the fate of California Child Welfare, who forcibly removed the baby from the custody of their parents, and put their parents in jail. Through many years of severe poverty, homelessness, and various forms of physical abuse, Mark looked beyond his circumstances to a greater hope. He developed a strong faith in God at an early age, and it saw him through many trials. He also contributed to many humanitarian efforts, and sought out ways to help those who suffer. He has been in many productions, lending voice and acting talents to projects which are meant to bring hope to the hopeless; nearly always without receiving any credit or acclaim. Mark's first marriage ended in disaster, but he was blessed with the custody of his two daughters, and then met and married and was sealed to Diana Judd in the Idaho Falls Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Diana was also the victim of much abuse as a child and young adult. She had two sons from her first marriage. Mark was able to legally adopt her two boys, and Diana was able to legally adopt his two daughters. The family was able to be sealed together in the LDS temple, and they have since been blessed with four more children together. The family now lives in the White Mountains in Arizona, where they intend to settle and build multi-generational housing.
