Josh Brandon is an American television and stage actor and international voiceover artist. Born and raised near Knoxville, TN, Josh started his career doing stand-up comedy and cut his teeth on the theatre stages of East Tennessee State University. It was there where he garnered a nomination for the Irene Ryan Scholarship Award for his first male lead role, Delmount Williams in "The Miss Firecracker Contest". Most recently, he was featured in Annie Baker's "Circle Mirror Transformation" in the Summer of 2018. Josh spent nearly two decades as a radio personality and programmer in nearly every format. Josh is the voice of radio stations such as ESPN's Charlotte affiliate, 730 The Game, and produces concert promos and other commercials. He voiced a character in the feature film "LIVE" and has also performed voice work for clients such as Microsoft, Budweiser/Anheuser Busch, Xfinity, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, and Oak Ridge National Laboratories. With thousands of voice over credits to his name and a gift for enthralling storytelling, Josh has a particular passion for children's book narration, cartoons, and video games. Josh resides in Knoxville with his wife Christina (m. 2014) and Maddie Brandon (b. 2005) and works from his home studio voicing a number of characters for projects including commercials, narrations, mobile apps, video games, animated projects, and audiobooks.
