Charles Nick

Charles starred in the entrepreneur hit TV show Shark Tank, October 8, 2017 (episode 906) with his business partner Taylor Minor for their company Third Wave Water. They received a deal on the show with Barbara Corcoran for $100,000. He is passionate about entrepreneurship, aviation and of course, coffee. His background consists primarily in the aviation industry as he worked for many great organizations including: NASA, Boeing, Learjet, the US Air Force (civilian), Kansas State University, The Spaceship Company and more. In 2014, he created Douvalis Labs as a think tank after stumbling into lean business principles (thank you Eric Ries). Later in 2015 he created The Wright Cup with a mission to help you discover great coffee eventually stumbling into co-founding a third business called Third Wave Water. Today he leads Third Wave Water as the President of the company, speaks in the Dayton, Ohio startup ecosystem, performs research for the Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) industry, and consultants in the space industry as a subject matter expert for on-orbit maintenance.
