Sherrie Dawn Marie Prose grew up in Maple Grove, Minnesota. After graduating with a B.S in Spanish and Latin American Studies from St. Cloud State University (with one semester at La Universidad de Costa Rica), she left for the Kyrene ISD in Arizona to become a teacher. The next 16 years she spent moving around the country and also to Germany while raising four kids. In 2006, Sherrie moved to El Paso, Texas. She taught Spanish with El Paso ISD., and in the meantime she earned a M.S in Criminal Law from Tiffin University and a M.Ed in Education from the University of North Texas. In November 2017 she was introduced to acting and found her new passion. After 25 years of teaching she retired to become a full time artist. Her short films include: The Last Leaf, and Juana Doe. She received her first IMDb credit in February 2018 in the feature film Broken Gaiete.
