Antonella Lauria

I am a filmmaker, assistant director, production assistant and I' m graduated in Communication Sciences at Sapienza University in Rome and I studied with a scholarship at the New York Film Academy. I directed a short film in NYC. It has been screened at Kolkata International Film Festival. I graduated as a filmmaker at ITS Rossellini in Rome. At first I started writing in newspapers, I worked in organization of events, finally I landed in the audiovisual, as a writer, producer and director for small personal projects and as a production assistant, runner/driver and assistant director in the Film Industry (Lotus, Ares Film, Bolero Film, Netflix), as a camera operator and sound engineer for Broadcast Tv Network (Rai, Sky, Mediaset, La7). In the film industry I have experience with Lotus Film, as assistant director for feature film "Hotel Gagarin",with Ares Film as a production assistant on set, or the TV show "Il bello delle donne", and as assistant director for the feature length film "The Garden of Numbers". For an international co-production (Spain, Mexico, Colmbia and Italy), for the TV show "La Reina del Sur 2", produced by Telemundo, Diagonal Tv, Alimatika and distributed by Netflix, as production assistant and runner/driver. I attended at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia of Rome the "Film planning and organization" workshop with Miguel Lombardi. As Director and Scriptwriter I made 3 short movie no-budget. "We'll meet again" as tesis at the end of Nyfa, "Looking for you" at the end of Rossellini school and "The Bigger room" an independent short movie.
