Maria Beltramini is a Brazilian/Italian actor, singer, dancer, songwriter, and guitarist from Blumenau, Brazil. She is of Italian, German and Portuguese origins. Maria started performing at seven years old when she was discovered while dancing and was invited to play the leading role of the Queen of the Sea as a child in the musical Planet of Water. She grew up studying acting technique, improvisation, dance, and music at the theatre Teatro Carlos Gomes and working in commercials, plays, music festivals, as well as fashion runways and campaigns. Her Ballet training started at three years old, following the footsteps of her former ballerina mother Alessandra Beltramini. Through dance, she was able to start exploring her love for performing arts and the stage. At the age of ten, she started training Hip Hop, Jazz and Modern Dance. Coming from a musical family, she started singing as a young child and performed live for the first time when she was eight years old, after being selected top student of voice. In spite of the shyness before getting on stage, once there she felt completely comfortable and free and was overjoyed about the response of the full audience. Her love for music and creative expression also led her into songwriting and playing guitar. She soon overcame her shyness and worked in runway shows and campaigns for fashion brands. Always passionate about art and imagination, she started pursuing her acting dreams by training acting technique and improvisation. It was then that she was able to find herself fully complete on set as an actress. In 2017, she moved to Los Angeles, where she is based. She is a Junior student at Loyola Marymount University, where she is majoring in Theatre Arts, Acting focused and minoring in Dance. Maria started her career in Los Angeles on May 2018, and since then has acted in 14 short films and 2 music videos. Maria's first film in the US entitled "Heart Break" was extremely well received by its digital audience. Meanwhile, her second film entitled "Enigma" was chosen to be premiered and to compete in the 2019 Los Angeles Live Score Film Festival. Maria describes her love for all of her films and characters but highlights the opportunity of being supervised by Anthony B. Richmond on the set of "The Audition" and by Conrad Hall and Andy Lane on the set of "Dark Side of Moon" at Chapman University two of the most incredible experiences of her first year working in Los Angeles. In September 2018, she was discovered by and signed with SLA Talent Agency. In 2020, she was confirmed as Supporting Actress in the thriller "The Hunted" produced by CineRidge Entertainment. She is focusing on her acting career and training, besides working on her debut album as a singer, and continuing her training in dance and music at Millennium Dance Complex, EDGE Los Angeles and Violet Grae Studio.
