Born and raised in Waterloo as the 8th of 11 kids to Marg and Terry, Muk's story is a triumph of the human spirit. He attended St. Thomas Aquinas school for 9 years, graduating as a solid B student, always just under the radar due to his zany older brother Jimmy, and his whip-smart younger sister Zane. His other siblings also attended St. Thomas: Pat, Oakum, Mare, Kathy, Borden, Margs, Krisdoo and Neewon. His acting debut came a few years later at the prestigious St. David's school, where he played "Mike" in "The importance of not shocking mother" to rave reviews. It was also here where his principal Patrick Brown suggested to try something other than acting (like math), but luckily Mel Turner suggested he read her new script "doodle" and he was back on track. It's been a long and winding road, but he's finally found his calling.
