Blake is a very firm believer in the idea that storytelling has this remarkable ability to instill a sense of empathy in mankind. This, in turn, drives the entire human race forward by way of communicating essential information. However, that textbook response to the age-old question: "Why do you want to be an actor?" simply doesn't suffice for him. Music and film have been the two most influential storytelling platforms in his life since as early as he can remember. There has always been this certain mystique and romanticism that surrounds both of these art forms because of their unique ability to so intimately connect to the human spirit. It didn't take him long to come to the realization that he was feeling these intimate connections to the stories that he was being exposed to because of the human beings who were creating them. They were the ones breathing life into these stories through their words, voices, movements, and most importantly, their emotions. He learned some of my most valuable life lessons through the beauty and inspiration of music and film, and refuse to remain merely a spectator of something that holds so much meaning for him
