Chris Jackson was born in Lake Charles. LA. After spending the first 12 years of his life there, he moved with his family to Natchez, MS. where he went to South Natchez High School graduating in 1988 at 17 years old. Chris then spent the next 10 years as a member of the United States Air Force living in Texas, Alaska, Colorado, and New Mexico. His units while serving in the Air Force were the 21st and 3rd Supply Squadrons and Det. 1 821st Space Command. After leaving the military in 1998, Chris moved back to Natchez where he has been a professional vocalist fronting the bands "Apostle's Creed" and "Rabbitt Hatt" to name a few. Chris has been acting since the age of 13 when he had the lead in his first musical called "The New Shoes". Since returning to Natchez, Chris has been in the Opera "Turandot" for the Natchez Opera Festival in 2004 where he portrayed a monk. He has also had parts in "The Secret Garden" (2011) as Major Lennox, Hairspray (2011) as I.Q., and Othello (2012) where he played two roles, as a guardsman and Lodovico all for the Natchez Little Theatre. Chris made his film debut in the T.V. mini series "North and South" (1985) as a bit non-credited part as a soldier on the battlefield. He was cast in "Vampire Wars" aka "Deep South (2016) as one of the Eaters. Chris has also been recently featured as the husband in Will Wesley's music video "Hardest of Hearts" (2017) directed by J.B. Lawrence. Along with singing and acting, Chris has also choreographed scenes in some of the plays he has been in, such as the sword fight in Othello (2012).
