Krystem D. Ware-Jones is an African American actress from Detroit, Michigan. Her mother encouraged her to pursue her dream of acting. At the age of 16 this silly and high spirited girl participated in the 2017 IMTA competition. Out of hundreds of contestants Krystem won 4th place in Improvisation and with that came a contract with Model Management Group (MMG) in New York City. Krystem definitely started 2018 off right! She shot her first professional commercial with the Paris-France based jewelry company, Zippaz. She also shot her first made for television movie, "Bad Henry", in which she re-enacted the life of Shawna Hawk, the murder victim of serial killer Henry Wallace, on the Discovery ID channel. Krystem has many skills. She has a purple belt in the art of Tae Kwon Do, she's a sketch artist specializing in portraits, she sings and even taught herself to speak, read and write Korean. She participated in the Farmington Hills (MI) Youth Theatre where she has played various roles including the portrayal of Gabriel Montez in their rendition of Disney's "High School Musical". Acting is truly Krystem's passion. Whether it is in front of the camera or on stage she says that, "its fun to pretend to be someone you're not, even if it's for a little while."
