DH-P/FX brings 15 years of experience and excellence in fabrication. Headed by Jeff Rodriquez II, the team specializes in a wide array of materials including but not limited to: fabrication, mold making and casting, machining, vacuum forming, fiberglass work, welding, sculpting and now 3D printing. We work with many different materials including plastic, resin, silicone, foam, aluminum, wood, fiberglass, steel and plaster. DH-P/FX works primarily in creating movie props but also specializes in smaller production runs for inventors and entrepreneurs. From candy molds to bicycle rear view mirrors and even duck decoy parts; nothing is out of the question. We pride ourselves on helping our customers save money when launching new products. Owner and operator Jeff Rodriquez II has been an artist and musician since the age of 9. With a long career in construction and co-owning a drywall company for 20 years fabricating and problem solving, Jeff has an eye for form as well as function. He started simply by building small props and quickly moved to sculpting and vacuum forming. Making molds in plaster and wood, the need for machined parts became more prevalent and the ability to cast those parts led to learning to work with silicone and plastic resin and the continuing pursuit of mastering mold making presents a new challenge every day. In recent more years fiberglass and welding have become used in the shop. The recent addition of a 3D printer has expanded his playground immensely.
