Helena Mankowska

Since Helena Mankowska discovered her passion for acting in 2015, she's appeared in numerous films, music videos and commercials, and most recently, has had the privilege to appear as a stunt double for Mila Jovovich (The 5th Element, Resident Evil) in her latest movie Paradise Hills. Helena was born in Poland, lived, studied and worked in Barcelona for 3 years and is currently residing in London. She studied Meisner Technique with the official Ivana Chubbuck Actors Workshop in Spain under the direction of Frank Feys, followed by 2 years of study with casting director Lucy Lenox (Vicky Cristina Barcelona, Perfume) at Frank Stein Studio in Barcelona. Her training as a stuntwoman started at In Extremis Film. She later studied with the British Academy of Dramatic Combat's Valentina Calandriello, as well as with Guillem Fernandez-Valls (stunt coordinator for Game of Thrones) and Renato Camargos, owner and director of Recam Stunt Academy. In 2018 she moved to London to study intensively with renowned acting coaches Mel Churcher (Angelina Jolie, Mila Jovovich) and Claire Davidson (Pierce Brosnan, Dudley Moore, Orlando Bloom). Helena continues her studies at The Royal Central School Of Speech & Drama in 2019. Helena's sultry stare and exotic looks often lands her the role of assassin, secret agent, or femme-fatale.
