Director, screenwriter, and editor graduated from the Italian National Cinema School "Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia". His first documentary "Lupen, story of a royal thief", about the Italian burglar that accidentally robbed Prince Charles in 1994, has gained international resonance thanks to articles by Vice magazine. In 2017 he won the prize for best Italian short film at the Fabrique du Cinema Awards 2017, with the short movie "Freddo Dentro (cold inside)" by a jury chaired by actor Willem Dafoe. In the same year, he shoots "A hundred years" another short movie, but this time on Kodak film, thanks to the film residence "Terre di Cinema", where he won a scholarship. He worked as a backstage operator for danish art-house director Nicholas Winding Refn (Bronson, Drive, The neon demon) and helped legendary cinematographer Vittorio Storaro in the making of his book "history of cinematography". He also often works as an assistant director and taught "film-making" at IES Abroad Rome.
