Juanita Castro-Ochoa

Juanita Castro-Ochoa is a New York-based actress and artist teacher. Born in Colombia, she moved to the United States at an early age and lived in Florida until recently. She received a BFA in performance from Florida International University. While in Miami, she was very active in the local scene where she produced a one-woman show, and participated in the micro-theater project of the Spanish Cultural Center. Juanita acted in Spanish and English for Miami's diverse audience for six years before moving to New York where she is still an active part of the LatinX scene.
