QUEENS OF BUSINESS Monica Elaine Dupree born June 17, 1972 in Compton/Watts California during the era of Pimps, Playas, & Hustlers. and was raised around a loving family that gathered the family every year for holidays. Monica"s grandmother was her surrogate mother who taught her values, but something was quite different with her. Monica"s mother was a single mother who became married to her step dad in which he became priority because he was the bread winner. Monica was brought up in the church, singing in the choir, serving on the usher board, and was baptized. THE most pivotal moment in Monica"s life was seeing her grandmother marry her grandfather because BIGMOMA was the glue to her family & the bond had broken when she left to move out of state. As a result, Monica experienced and encountered several abuses that did not go unnoticed by family. As a result of built up anger and pain, Monica"s life became a roller coaster. Monica"s grandparents had a janitorial company which she worked for as well as the Corporate Office where we received contract payments monthly. In a nutshell, this was like a franchise, so one day Monica had to go to the Corporate Office, only to find the Office cleared out, and completely empty. By doing investigations at seventeen years old, Monica learned about fraud because her grandparents were robbed of ten thousand dollars in 1990 & almost lost every possession they owned because they expected to be paid for their services provided, which back payments on mortgages, and various expenses, lawsuits, became a frustration she never knew existed. Monica came to an understanding that she was different and after being confronted about her sexuality, she became homeless in the streets, only to be taught by gang members, hoes, and every other dysfunctional being known to man, but, Glamour Girls who were female impersonators, world class Geneva Queens taught her how to develop her style, class, and finesse, such as Tommie Ross, Jamaica Ja Toi, Tonerro Lynn Foxx, Porsche K. Paris, and many dynamic Queens from all over the world emerged Monica Dupree who received life and a road of success and destruction to follow.
