Holly-Jean Williamson was born in Tipperary, Ireland, to an Irish mother, Anne Williamson (née O'Brien) and Glaswegian father, Pat Williamson, both of whom are amateur actors. When Holly was 3 she started acting, dance and singing lessons. Holly also has a keen interest in animals especially horses and dogs with whom she works closely with her mothers rescue to help rehabilitate and rehome many animals. Holly made her first Stage appearance with a small role in Oliver the musical and continued to move up the ranks to leading lady in Ireland. Her first film appearance was in the 2019 movie, Bohemian Rhapsody as a featured extra in the live aid scenes. Holly continues to branch into TV/Film and has even taken positions behind the scenes with costumes, assistant directing, continuity, cinematography and co directing.
