Anna Dunbar

Anna Dunbar is an actress, comedian, writer, filmmaker, and theatre professional that is native to central Mississippi. She attended Samford University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of the Arts degree in theatre performance and directing. She wrote, directed, and produced her first stage show as her senior thesis, Sketch Me If You Can!. She continues to write, direct, and produce her original content in Chicago. Her writings have been on various stages including multiple at The Second City Training Center. Anna has studied at The Second City Training Center, iO Chicago, Acting Studio Chicago, and The Annoyance in Chicago. She has worked as a professional theatre technician in areas such as design, electrics, run crew, directing, front of house, and stage management. She continues to perform and work professionally in the Chicago area in stage and film as of 2020. Anna released her first full length web series, Scratch That!, credited as the writer, Co-Director, and producer. Her second web series is Bottled Up where she is credited as the writer, director, production designer, and producer.
