Zack Graham is a writer of fiction, criticism and film. Zack wrote and directed "backstage," the first installment in a short film cycle entitled The Sebastian Chronicles. "backstage" premiered at the 2017 Las Cruces International Film Festival and was accepted to the 2017 Kew Gardens Festival of Cinema and the 2017 Hoboken International Film Festival. The second installment of The Sebastian Chronicles, "Brunch," will premier in 2019. Zack collaborated with Michael Cary Hooks and Bijan Stephen on "Like Company" (2018), the story of an art curator who is forced to confront the racism embraced by her friends and acquaintances. Zack's fiction has appeared in Volume 1 Brooklyn, Seven Scribes, The Cobalt Review, Liars' League NYC, and other publications, and his criticism has appeared in Rolling Stone, GQ, Newsday, Electric Literature, and Epiphany Magazine, where he is currently a columnist. He is the recipient of an Emerging Critics Fellowship from the National Book Critics Circle, and is at work on a collection of short stories and a novel.
