Faith Eileen Bryan is a 65-year-old retired newspaper reporter, designer, and editor, former college professor, and aspiring actress, co-starring in the indie film that just recently wrapped production, "Death & Bowling." She lives in St. Paul, MN, with her best friend Bumper, a nine-year-old Bichon/Shih Tzu. Faith is a transgender woman, having come out in 2012 and who began transition in mid-July, 2013. Faith started living as her authentic self in May, 2014. Later that year, she went to court and legally changed her name and gender marker to reflect her new, authentic identity. She has been a volunteer for the Human Rights Champaign, on two steering committees and as a member of HRC's National Transgender/Gender Non-Conforming Caucus, working to help advance the cause of equality for all people, especially those in the LGBTQ community. Faith is coming out of retirement to pursue a third career as an actress following her stint as "Susan" in D&B. She is relocating to Tucson, AZ in early 2019 to be closer to the Los Angeles/Hollywood film scene, and will be joining a local theater company in Tucson once she has settled.
