He was born in 1983 in Izmir. He graduated from Yeditepe University, Department of Economics. Following a successful career in the logistics industry for 9 years. He started producing in 2017, which was his childhood dream, with the feature film "Çalgi çengi ikimiz". He founded TN Production in 2017. in 2018, he produced 3 feature films and more than 10 short films. in 2018, it acquired the rights of Eflatun Tv and became a content Creator for YouTube. TN Yapim produced reality shows, culture and art programs and a mini-series called "içten Sesler Korosu" for YouTube. Tanay Abbasoglu, who undertook the production of many festival films, box office films and television films in 2019, soon attracted attention in the cinema industry and started to make a name for herself. Nights film festival and was awarded the best cinematographer award at the festival.
